Chipping was very happy that this little dog was going to a wonderful
older mom with lots of small dog experience with no kids, who would groom
him, pamper him and give him a lifetime home. He was worried that
the young man who brought him into the shelter did not know what he was
doing with him, and he wasn't housetrained, and seemed to fear him.
We were happy to help. Please refer any small dog owner who needs to
