PARALYMPIC OPENING CEREMONY

Canada, USA, Roots, They're Back!

Nancy and Denise had fun Dancing and meeting Athletes from Canada and Denmark, Plus we got our first PARALYMPIC pins!

The Torch

entered the

Paralympic Stadium.

The First Sight Impaired Paralympian brought the torch up with his Seeing Eye German Shephard Dog! Then Muffy Davis passed it to Chris Waddell and they lit the Cauldron together!

  

  It is lit again for 10 days!

   

The Netherlands were dancing to Winona!

 

 

Donny Sang! Cool Fireworks! Stevie Wonder sang in pouring rain, "We won't let the rain get us down!"                                                                                                                                                                                               

                                           

 

What a cool show!  The World is Back!  Let's have some more fun!
